教育部中外人文交流中心職能
教育部中外人文交流中心是教育部直屬事業(yè)單位,成立于2017年。其主要職能包括:開展人文交流的相關(guān)政策和基礎(chǔ)研究,參與中外人文交流工作的頂層設(shè)計;參與組織安排中外人文交流機制高級別會晤、雙方會議等活動;參與協(xié)調(diào)對接中外高級別人文交流機制外方委員會、機制中方成員單位和地方政府人文交流相關(guān)部門;承擔(dān)中外人文交流機制項目的具體組織實施,開展相關(guān)業(yè)務(wù)領(lǐng)域的專業(yè)培訓(xùn)和國際交流合作;搭建中外人文交流的各類項目平臺,為參與中外人文交流的機構(gòu)和組織提供服務(wù);開展中外人文交流政策宣傳,跟蹤、匯集、宣傳和推廣人文交流機制成果;完成教育部和有關(guān)部門、地方、學(xué)校委托的其他相關(guān)工作等。
China Center for International People-to-People Exchange, Ministry of Education
China Center for International People-to-People Exchange (CCIPE for an acronym or abbreviation) is a public institution affiliated to the Ministry of Education of the People’s Republic of China. Established in 2017, the functions of CCIPE mainly include the following aspects:
-- carrying out policy research and basic research on people-to-people exchange, participating in top-level design of people-to-people exchanges between China and other countries,.
--taking part in the organization and arrangement of high-level meetings on People-to-People Exchange Mechanisms, bilateral conferences and activities;
--coordinating the connection and communication with foreign committees, of the high-level People-to-People exchange mechanisms and also Chinese member organizations as well as Chinese local governments;
--organizing and implementing programs of international People-to-People exchange mechanisms;
--conducting professional training in relevant areas and international cooperation;
--building a variety of platforms for international People-to-People exchange between China and other countries;
--providing services to institutions and organizations engaged in international People-to-People exchange;
--promoting publicity of international people-to-people exchange policies, and following up, collecting, promoting and introducing to the public the outcomes of people-to-people exchange mechanisms;
--accomplishing other related work entrusted by the Ministry of Education, departments concerned, local governments, universities, colleges and schools at all levels.
